Orlando's lake front community with its own boat ramp and fishing pier will soon have its own clubhouse with games and exercise rooms for the exclusive use of the residents. Our own villa also has a games room with pool and football table! This great Florida villa is less than 25 minutes from the gates of Disney and within easy reach of all other major Orlando attractions.

Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and a few minutes drive will take you to Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world famous Championsgate. Orlando is world famous for its golf courses with superb greens and immaculate courses suitable for all grades of golfer. Don't forget your clubs!

The separate utility room houses a large washing machine, dryer, together with household items such as iron and ironing board.

The extended lanai covered patio/pool deck is large enough for you all to enjoy the sun or shade after a dip in the south facing pool.

Pool side furniture including sun loungers are provided for use at your convenience. A pool fence is available if you so choose for additional safety.

Pool heating is available, which is adviseable in cooler months at an additional charge.
